Wedding Packages

Deluxe two camera package $1,250 Up to Eight hours of coverage

We will provide the experience and the equipment to ensure complete and uncompromising coverage of this once in a lifetime event. Our coverage is planned to document the wedding from the most advantageous vantagepoints that our camera can provide. Wireless microphones are used to capture the vows and other important events in the utmost clarity.

The camera shots will include the entire wedding party, but will key on the bride and groom as they exchange their vows and rings. If allowed, the wedding is filmed from the front so that the bride is always in view. If the church or synagogue does not allow cameras at the front of the church, then an alternate location such as a balcony will be used. The camera continues to follow the wedding party through the picture session, the cutting of the cake, their first dance, and their final departure. Congratulatory messages from the guests and family members are taken upon your request.

Editing is done with extreme accuracy to make your video a joy to watch and share. This package includes four DVD sets.

We also include a complete DVD copy of all original tape footage.

Rehearsal Dinner Coverage $295 Up to two hours of coverage

We will arrive at the rehearsal dinner in time to capture the cocktail hour before the dinner starts. This is a time when many old friends are reuniting for the first time, and it allows us to capture these reunions. Our coverage continues after dinner when the “toasts and roasts” begin, and concludes as the bride and groom close the evening with their than you. The rehearsal dinner coverage is added to the beginning of the wedding DVD.

Photo Collage $95 Includes up to 30 pictures

The photo collage is used to show the bride and groom as they grew up and brings you from their childhood up to the day of the wedding. It is recorded to music and if you prefer, photos from the honeymoon can be used instead. The photo collage can also be used to show on a large screen at the reception if you so desire.

Video Montage Included with package Video put to music

We complete the production with our Wedding Day Highlights Collage. This highly produced piece captures the special moments of the wedding day and summarizes them by setting them to music. This piece is one our most highly treasured parts because it captures all of the emotions in a series of clips taken from our day of coverage. The video is set to music using special songs, which you provide. (The CD of your music will be returned to you.) This piece includes a DVD copy for each of the Brides Maids so that they may remember and cherish the moment as much as you do.

Second camera man Included with package Allows us to capture every angle

The addition of a second camera allows us to capture additional angles so that we don’t miss any of the day’s events. If we are not allowed at the front of the church, then we can mount the second camera so that it tapes the ceremony automatically. This doesn’t distract from the wedding and it does enable us to get a different angle on the ceremony.

Additional Recording Time $60 per hour For longer weddings etc.

Weddings or rehearsal dinners that run over the allotted time will be charged at this rate. This will be discussed ahead of time so that we do not bother you on your wedding day.

Reception Slide Show $50

We will turn the photo collage into a slide show that will be projected onto a screen or wall at the reception. We provide a laptop, projector, screen, and slide show.

Additional DVD’s or VHS tapes $30 each

Requests in addition to those listed above will also be considered. This is your day and we want our production to capture this once in a lifetime event so that it may be treasured for years to come. Your wedding day will flash before your eyes, but our cameras will capture it for an eternity.
